Our email editor provider has resolved the outage and its status page now reports “All Systems Operational.” We’re confirming template editing is working again in Orbee.

Some users are unable to create or edit email templates because the editor is stuck on “Loading.” Previously created and deployed templates may be unaffected.

We’re investigating. An outage with our email editor provider could be causing requests to time out.
